You do not always have to refer these clients out. I provide specialized, wholisitc, clinto-centered clinical consultation to help you:

Whether you are looking for single-case conceptualization or ongoing skill-building, we can collaborate on the following clinical areas:

  • Couples & Desire Discrepancy: Moving couples out of pass/fail performance anxiety and "duty-sex" dynamics. We will utilize tools like the Dual Control Model and frameworks to assess the biological, relational, and contextual variables impacting desire.

  • Infidelity & Relational Repair: Guiding couples through the complex aftermath of affairs and betrayal trauma. We can collaborate on evidence-based interventions to safely navigate disclosure, manage nervous system dysregulation, and rebuild a new, secure foundation for trust and sexual intimacy.

  • Men’s Sexual Health & OCSB: Effectively treating Erectile Disorder, Premature Ejaculation, and Delayed Ejaculation without shame. I also provide consultation on treating "sex addiction" presentations through the Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB) and Moral Incongruence frameworks, utilizing parts-work (IFS) rather than traditional, pathologizing addiction models.

  • LGBTQ+ & GSRD Populations: Providing highly competent, affirmative care for Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity. This includes navigating gender dysphoria, minority stress, kink/BDSM dynamics, and Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM).

  • Religious Trauma & Purity Culture: Helping clients and couples navigate mixed-faith marriages, faith transitions, and the unlearning of toxic, duty-bound sexual scripts.
