Ethical Sex Resources Compiled by Mike Fuller, LCSW

Introduction:

Healing our relationship with our bodies and our sexuality requires actively unlearning the toxic conditioning we’ve absorbed from three distinct fronts:

  • *The Moral: The heavy burden of religious shame and duty-bound intimacy. The work here is to reclaim a shame-free spiritual framework and move from obligation to bodily autonomy.

  • The Media: The performative, unrealistic scripts of commercial pornography. The work here is to unlearn those impossible standards through ethical, realistic, and human-centered media.

  • The Medical: The clinical pathologizing of natural desire as "addiction" or inherent brokenness. The work here is to finally understand the true, un-pathologized, and entirely normal science of your own body.

I curated this toolkit to directly counterbalance these "3 Ms" and provide the exact education you were robbed of. This is your guide to dismantling the old conditioning and stepping into a self-contained sexuality rooted in authentic pleasure, beauty, and badassery.

*Some of these resources are explicit sexual erotic material (pornography).
